TopDividendTools.com is run by Devoted Dividend Investing, a dividend-investing research brand. We've been investing for dividends for more than a decade — long enough to have made most of the mistakes, chased a few yields we shouldn't have, and settled into the boring, steady approach that actually works.
There's no anonymous content farm behind this and no venture money. It's a small, focused operation that invests in dividend ETFs and stocks and builds the tools and resources we wish had existed when we started.
If you invest for dividends, you already know the routine. You want to check an ex-dividend date, so you open one site. You want to model what a position throws off over ten years with reinvestment, so you open another. You want to see whether a payout is actually covered by earnings, so you open a third. You want to track the whole portfolio in one place, so you open a spreadsheet from 2019 that never quite got finished.
None of those tools talk to each other. Half of them are abandoned. A few are excellent and almost nobody has heard of them, because they're built by small developers with no marketing budget. And when you search for "best dividend tracker," you mostly get affiliate pages written by people who have clearly never used a single product on the list.
That's the gap. Not a shortage of tools — a shortage of anyone honestly organizing them.
What this site is: a curated, continuously updated directory of dividend investing tools — trackers, calculators, screeners, calendars, and research platforms — with plain descriptions of what each one actually does, what it costs, and who it's for.
What this site is not: a brokerage, an advisory service, or a place that will tell you what to buy.
We want to be direct about this, because most directories are vague on purpose.
